Job Summary:
The Process Technician plays a vital role within the Device Test Team, supporting daily evaluation activities focused on OLED testing, data analysis, and collaboration with the device fabrication team in a laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct optical, electrical, and reliability testing of OLEDs and thin films.
Develop test plans and configure test platforms in accordance with established standards.
Create or enhance automated test programs (e.g., Python, VBA) to maximize efficiency and coverage.
Oversee test equipment and fixtures, ensuring regular calibration, maintenance, and compliance with laboratory standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to interpret laboratory results, propose next steps, and contribute experimental ideas.
Assist with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor (or higher) in Electronic Information, Automation, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hardware testing or embedded testing.
Proficient with laboratory instruments, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Software development skills, familiar with or knowledgeable in at least one programming language, such as Python, C, C++, Java, VBA.
Understanding of the basic principles of controlling and debugging hardware devices via code. Ability to perform hardware soldering, assembly, and debugging is advantageous.
Demonstrates responsibility, compliance, and high professional standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, hands-on, and critical thinking skills.
Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
