Job Summary:
The Process Technician is a key member of the Device Fabrication Team, supporting daily joint evaluation activities. The role focuses on OLED fabrication, equipment maintenance, and close collaboration with the test team in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vacuum evaporator strictly according to SOP.

• Monitor process parameters in real time; maintain accurate production and equipment logs; report deviations promptly.

• Conduct daily equipment checks and schedule preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose and resolve routine equipment issues; escalate complex problems and assist with repairs.

• Manage receipt, installation, documentation, and disposal of deposition source materials in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues to interpret lab observations, recommend next steps, and contribute experimental ideas.

• Recommend improvements to equipment and operational procedures.

• Support special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor (or higher) in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Mechanical

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating or maintaining vacuum equipment in relevant industries (semiconductors, display panels, photovoltaics, optical coatings); cleanroom experience preferred. Candidates without direct experience must demonstrate a strong STEM foundation.

• Familiarity with OLED thin-film deposition and evaporation principles is advantageous.

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.

• Basic English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) required.

• High sense of responsibility, mindfulness, logical thinking, and sensitivity to process data.

• Strong teamwork, communication, hands-on, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
